Which programmes can we explore?
RTL Clubs is a growing family of programmes for language, maths, thinking, creativity and practical skills. Visit Our programmes to see what is available and what is coming next.
How do we find the right starting point?
A parent or tutor guides your child through the starting-point activities for their programme. Their learning plan then shows what to work on next.
Does my child need their own phone?
No. Younger children learn with an adult. From age 11, learners can have their own account when it is set up for them. A parent or tutor still guides Placement and prepares printed materials.
What does learning at home involve?
Set aside time together, prepare the books in your child's plan and follow the teaching guidance. Talk about the activities, practise and notice what your child understands.
Do I need my own printer?
You can print at home or arrange local printing. Paper and printing costs are separate unless your offer includes them.
What support will we receive?
Tell us what your family needs. We will explain the guidance and support included with your programme before you join. Your Club can explain its own teaching and contact arrangements.
How will I know my child is progressing?
Follow what your child has practised and the feedback from learning checks. Their Learner Passport keeps their progress and achievements together.
When is a certificate awarded?
Certificates celebrate the skills a learner has demonstrated when they meet a programme's achievement requirements.
What will I pay and can I cancel?
We will explain programme prices, included support and cancellation terms before you join. Independent Clubs set their own teaching fees separately.
Can we move between home learning and a Club?
Your child keeps their Learner Passport. Talk to us and your Club about arranging the change, including support and any fees.
