Lesson Observations capture everyday learning. Cycle Observations bring together the selected activities for that cycle.
An activity may be demonstrated independently, with a little help or with more support. Earlier help remains part of the history as learning develops.
When a teacher records a Lesson Observation during a class, it is still a lesson record. Attendance is kept separately so being present is not confused with demonstrating a skill.
