Help getting started
Questions from Club Leaders
Who can apply?
Tutors, teachers and people starting a teaching business can apply. Schools, partners and sponsors can use the organisation enquiry. Tell us about your plans and we will help with the next step.
Can I teach more than one programme?
RTL Clubs is designed for a growing range of programmes. Explore the programme family and discuss the options available for your Club during onboarding.
Where can I start a Club?
Choose your country on the Club opportunities page to see whether we are accepting applications there.
What happens after I apply?
Confirm your email, then our team will review your plans and contact you. We will explain onboarding, training and how to get your Club started.
Is it free to join?
Provider registration is free. Programme access is charged per learner. You set and retain your own teaching fees. We will explain local programme prices before you enrol families.
Is a Club a franchise?
No. Your Club is independently operated. You bring the teaching and local relationships; RTL provides programme materials, guidance and a connected learning platform.
Can I teach groups and print their books?
Yes. Organise learners in groups and prepare the books each learner needs. Learners in the same group may have different starting points.
How do I keep families involved?
Record what learners have practised and what they understand. Use their progress and Passport to help parents see successes and know what to practise next.
Who can see learning records?
Parents follow their own children. Tutors and staff see the learners they support. A change of Club does not erase a learner's Passport.
How do certificates work?
Certificates follow the achievement requirements for each programme. Help learners prepare, complete their learning checks and celebrate the skills they have demonstrated.
